Dakota Dunes and the Online Rules
Dakota Dunes Casino is a building on Whitecap Dakota First Nation lands, reached by Highway 219 south of Saskatoon. Online play in Saskatchewan runs on a separate set of rules, and this page sets them out.

The provincial site
In Saskatchewan, PlayNow.com is the one legal online gambling site. SIGA, the Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority, operates it. The site launched in the province in November 2022.
Only people aged 19 and over may play, matching the age the province sets for all gambling. SIGA casinos treat anyone below 19 as a prohibited individual who cannot collect winnings. The same age limit applies online to an RV crew using a laptop in the stall.
Private sites and the province
Saskatchewan gives private online casinos no route to a licence. The provincial government goes further and calls the sites that compete with PlayNow.com illegal platforms.
This guide reports that position as the province states it. For an RV crew parked on the casino lot, the rule matches the rest of Saskatchewan. Phones and laptops in a stall fall under the same provincial position.
What the exclusion programs cover
Game Break is SaskGaming's self-exclusion program, voluntary and confidential. It runs from 6 months to 5 years and covers PlayNow.com plus every casino in the province. Once it takes effect, it cannot be shortened.
Any SIGA casino can take a request for SIGA Voluntary Self-Exclusion, as can SIGA Central Office, 103 Aspen Place, Saskatoon, by appointment. As with the other program, the term runs 6 months to 5 years, and the person is barred from all nine Saskatchewan casinos. Enrolling someone else is not possible. Private online sites are not blocked by either program.
The Ad links on this guide
Paid links appear only on this guide's home page, and each one is marked Ad. They sit in three places: the button in the menu, a block below the first screen and a block near the end. All of them lead to one private online casino partner that pays the guide a commission. The partner is not named here and can change. This guide does not vouch for it, and the province's position on private sites applies to it as to any other.
